I founded Divergent Collectives in order to more formally partner with the ministries, events, and artists I’ve been helping for years. This aligns several of my passions: consulting with ministries, coaching leaders, and creating experiences that set the stage for extraordinary impact.

While the Divergent Collectives team still produces several large scale events for clients each year (because they’re the best team on the planet), much of my focus has moved to leadership coaching, particularly with women in leadership in the local church.
